More Confident About Home Ownership

Realtor.org claims that according to Fannie Mae’s latest national housing survey young Americans are fairly optimistic about the stability of home ownership and home prices than they were a year ago. The article claims that,
Nearly 80 percent of all respondents, including home owners and renters, surveyed said they thought housingprices would hold steady or increase over the next 12 months–which is up from 73 percent in January 2010. In fact, survey respondents expressed more confidence over the stability of home prices than they did about the overall strength of the economy.
This is definitely encouraging news for real estate companies and for home buyers. Let’s all hope that confidence continues to rise! To read the article in it’s entirety, click here.
